My sales person, Kevin, was very patient with me as I insisted in taking apart and reassembling every range hood in stock so I could check for ease of cleaning. He was honest about appliance performance and gave me great pricing. The service department is great also. Sheila or Brian return calls promptly and follow up on the service call. They even service the appliances that I already owned, previously to dealing with them. And the service technicians are always honest and friendly. I recommend them to all my clients!
