  Very negative. Would not allow exchange bc did not have gift receipt. Item was bday gift. Obviously I'm not to blame for not having receipt since it was a gift. It was suggested by employee that I regift item for the holidays. I prob would have spent more than actual item in an exchange. I will not be returning although I have given this small business significant business in the past. Inventory appears to be stagnant. Very little to no foot traffic. Very unaccommodating employees. Business is located in a depressed area, which would make one think that they would want to ensure repeat customers.
