They were so understanding and helpful and let me exchange the chaise for another sofa. Everyone made thr exhange extremely easy and pleasant. Eli was very friendly when I called and told me to come in and he would be happy to work something out to resolve the situation and he definitely followed through when i got to the store. Thank you Cohens and Eli!
