My wood burning fireplace insert was delivered and installed weeks ahead of the initial estimate, which is a good thing with winter coming. I got a high efficiency model with a TRUE lifetime warranty (beware of some manufacturers whose "lifetime" warranty expires after 7 or 10 years - make sure you ask about that). Installation took about 2 hours and it works great. I'm a happy customer.

They are not like many sales people who just want to get your money. They make an effort to match a client with the appliance that will best meet their needs. I service many of the products they sell so I often interface with them for parts and warranty information.
