  Terrible, stay away. When I saw the quality of work on my engagement ring, I couldn't believe they had the audacity to send something out of their doors looking so terrible. The diamond was crooked and lopsided and the prongs were uneven and different sizes. Found out after having it looked at that they cracked the mounting as well. The owner is awful to boot, loves to hear himself talk and will talk right over top of you, even as you're trying to tell him to stop telling you about your ring because it's supposed to be a surprise. I'm now without my ring for a month while ArtCarved replaces the mounting.
