  Went to the store today to buy some paint out of convenience. I walked in, store was clean. Two female associates were working. One made eye contact with me while I was standing at the counter. Waited there for 5 minutes, no greeting, no I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. Usually I go to these places not just for better quality paint but also for customer service and knowledgeable staff. One of the associates said she was taking a break and walked out. The other one did at least appear to be working on something but an "I'll be with you in a minute" or SOMETHING would have been appropriate. Maybe I'll try again in another year. Fyi- the service at B Shinns on Marsh Rd. is highly recommended. I just didn't go there b/c I already had to stop by at the bank next to Sherwin Williams.
