  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in because I was fooled into signing a contract for installment payments when I in fact wanted to renew a contract for an upgrade to a device. In response I had a younger white gentleman argue with me about how this way was saving me money. When I say argue he was honestly reiterating the "yes it is" each time I said it is not saving me money it was "yes it is", well "no it's not" haha "yes it is". I felt like I was 3 again arguing with a sibling. When I finally said this is the way you act as a professional he refused to help me. I Then had to call customer service and when they asked to speak to him he refused to talk to them as well. I then waited on hold over 3 hours for the highest manager available who still couldn't help me and when they called for the regional manager he then refused that information as well. I can't believe Sprint would hire anyone with such a degrading demeanor to loyal customers. Not only is it disappointing but it's embarrassing and I have been trying the entire day to cancel my service with this company after 3 years all because of one employee. I will never ever step foot into this store again nor recommend anyone to Sprint.
