Awfullllllll customer service. After talking to a representative for almost an hour and getting his consent, I made my friend travel all along 40 miles to pick up an order. The manager denied delivering the order to my friend. I at-least expected them to agree that someone passed on a wrong message, but to my surprise they denied speaking to me. I even had them verify the number that I called and they agree its theirs.. Who else can speak over a phone they own???? Not professional at all... Worst experience...
