The only HUMAN there is Andy the store manager. If you ever meet Bill (store manager) don't ever ask him for help. He's literately incompetent Everyone else is a heartless, senseless zombie that looks like they hate their job and hate you because you have to gently ask them for assistance because none of them are actually excited to help you. I recommend that you DO NOT ASK THEM FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AT ALL! Do your own research and then buy from them. It doesn't even matter what my issue is because it still is not resolved and until it becomes resolved I'm just going to leave a 1 star review. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this if my experience was fantastic. But it wasn't even mildly stimulating. I don't even know why this company exist because the customer service just sucks. Period.

This Staples has been a good experience every time I go in. It's not the best Staples I've seen (the aisles are sometimes unorganized but nothing too bad), but they have always had what I need.

5 Stars for Tunisia and her team... always exceed my expectations in the Copy & Print center however, I think that area in general needs more assistance. There is always a line and never enough help for this group:( A lot of managers standing around in the front of the store yet never taking the initiative to offer a hand:( By now, there should be enough data for peak times and how to justify extra staff or position staff accordingly to accommodate a large group of customers during a certain time of the day. I have yet to see more than two people behind that counter. After years of working with Staples, not much has changed. The brand strives to appeal as the solution for Small Business but ironically, has neglected to support it's own in-house department which has been given the daunting task of keeping up the demands of such a heavily marketed campaign of convenience, which they just have been unable to do. The services offered can be deemed as a vital resource for those in business but it's hard to withstand the wait and unfriendly online process when as a business owner, you're pressed for time and patience. For example, why is the Copy & Print staff responsible for packing and shipping? It's too much and it takes the energy and time away from what they are there to do, copy & print...Maybe move the shipping to Register 3 that never gets used and let a manager take on that task, or how about testing a Grab and Go?! or a Small Biz Specialist that only handles Small Biz customers?! I think if Staples used their limited resouces in a more productive manner, the store would greatly save time, money and overall customer relationships.
