  Says the store opens at 10:00 online. as of now I've been patiently waiting outside the store for 41 minutes. If I get a good deal, I'll give it a five star review. If not I'm gonna make alter egos with all of my friends and we're gonna flame this place like a traveling pack of Charizards. Don't test me. All 8 badges! I swear to Mew-two!!

  The manager, John, was amazing!!! We were ready to leave Verizon altogether & go with Sprint. We walked in to cancel everything & John patiently walked us through all of the details as well as the pros & cons of staying vs. leaving. He was very even tempered and empathetic to our frustration which immediately broke the tension we were feeling when we charged in there. He continually paused to make sure we were understanding all of our options and we did not feel rushed to make decisions. In the end, he set us up with an unlimited plan for our family for a much better cost and we will save money now and in the long run. The best part was being able to walk in and be helped immediately vs. having to wait in a long line. We highly recommend this store and the folks who work here. We will definitely be back next time we need new phones!
